Erica E. Rossner

Professional Horseback Riding Instructor

Owner/Operator of Triple E Training

Erica E. Rossner, riding instructor and horse trainer, has over thirty years experience in the equestrian world.

Beginning riding lessons at age three, she began her competitive career at the Devon Horse Show in Lead-Line classes. Erica’s junior showing career included competing in Equitation, Children’s Hunter and Pony and Children’s Jumpers. In addition to competing in local Southern New Jersey horse shows, she has competed in the American Gold Cup Pony Jumpers at Devon, North American League Pony Jumper Finals at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show and the Marshal & Sterling Pony Jumper Finals in Culpepper, Virginia.

Growing up, Erica dedicated herself to the equestrian sport and was a team player and role model at a young age. Erica was an active member of Burlington County 4-H and competed in both county and state horse shows in Hunt Seat Equitation and Hunters. Erica was awarded Reserve Champion Pony Jumper for Zone 2 by the United States Equestrian Federation (formerly AHSA). She has also enjoyed participating in hunter paces and foxhunts.

Presently, Erica competes in Hunters, Show Jumpers, and occasionally 3-Day Eventing. She has shown in venues such as the Winter Equestrian Festival in Palm Beach, Florida, the Kentucky Horse Park, the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in Harrisburg, PA, Princeton Show Jumping in Princeton, NJ, HITS in Saugerties, NY, as well as, Ocala, FL, and varying local and rated shows. She is thorough in her training of young horses, gradually bringing them up the levels of the discipline that suits them best. She has also worked with problem horses, dilligently digging to the root of their issues as well as finding their strengths to build their confidence. Erica also helps aid in the training of young race horses and works as an exercise rider in the Thoroughbred racing industry. Erica remains not only active in competition, but also active in her quest for knowledge. She has trained under and continues to train under the tutelage of some of the following top professionals: Olympic and Grand Prix Jumper Nona Garson, USDF Gold medalist and Grand Prix Dressage rider Jennifer Allen, Grand Prix Jumper Sloane Coles, and 4* Event riders Jennie Brannigan, Sally Cousins, Andrea Davidson and Lainey Ashker.

Erica began her equestrian teaching career in 2000. She has taught at several large facilities between Central and South New Jersey. In October 2012, she started her own lesson program, Triple E Training, and began managing her own barn. Since then, Triple E Training has really developed into a premier lesson, training, and sales program.

It has always been Erica's goal to be able to offer in depth professional instruction, in a relaxed and friendly environment, with opportunities for students to move up and show at local and rated levels. Her horsemanship educational philosophy is based on safety and understanding her students and the horses they ride.

Erica is a proud ambassador for Voltaire Design

"Not only are their saddles extremely well made, comfortable, and provide the utmost stability, but their designs (especially the Blue Wing Smart Saddle) are revolutionary to the equine industry. Voltaire Design saddles are handmade in France with the best quality leather and come with a variety of customizable options. I LOVE riding in my Voltaire Palm Beach!

Not to mention, they are also the first environmentally friendly saddler in the world. As an environmental enthusiast, I value the fact that for every saddle purchased, a tree is planted.

I would highly recommend Voltaire Design products to any of my clients"
